Richard Jones is a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate at SAGE Counselling Services, who encourages clients to build psychological flexibility and enable them to pursue what matters to each of them.

He believes in helping clients understand how their minds work, how to use their minds as a tool, and when not to “buy in” to unhelpful thoughts. To paraphrase a quote, “Just because thoughts are coming at you, doesn’t mean you have to invite them all to tea.”
