Important Dates

Start and end dates: Diploma/Certificate programs

All Diploma and Certificate programs start in September of each year. Occasionally, additional start dates are added to specific programs based on interest and resources. See the specific program page for upcoming start dates of that program.

Start and end dates: Language programs

All Language programs start on the following dates:

• February 26, 2024 to May 24, 2024 
• May 27, 2024 to August 16, 2024
• August 26 to November 15, 2024
• November 18, 2024 to February 21, 2025

Deadlines – Diploma/Certificate programs

NOTE: The following deadlines and incentives pertain to our Diploma and Certificate programs and are not applicable to our Language programs.

Regular application deadline

Our regular application deadline is 30 days prior to program start date, if program seats are still available.

Early application deadline

The early application deadline is 6 months prior to the program start date.

If you are accepted and attend the program, completing your application before or on the early application deadline will:

1. Guarantee you a seat in the program – no waiting lists
2. Give you first chance to apply for a McKenzie College scholarship. Early applicants are favoured during the scholarship decision process.

Late applications

Late application submissions can be accepted up to 7 days after program start date, if there are seats still available in the program.
